I am sorry to disrupt the "very intellectual" conversations my south indian brothers are having ......but let us think about something that is of great importance, but yet not talked about by many .......instead of picking on .....let us see who ......brahmins ...punjabis .....eelam tamils ...sinhalese people .....malayalaees ...and so forth .......my question to the larger south indian masses out there ....are you proud of your tamil language and culture, completely forgetting the mother who bore that language ....or do u put your pride in your "indianess" ???

If India is a Thamizh Nadu I think Thamizh would be the official language or atleast one of the offical of three along with Hindi, and English and not one of the 14th languages and Thamizh is spoken by 60 millions in India as the censorship of India shows and the population of India is over a billion so you do the math. //

  This is none of your business. The question of whether I can or cannot speak Tamil is not at issue here. But to answer your question - I am not a good Tamil speaker, but that doesn't mean I speak Chennai Tamil. What is so wrong with Chennai Tamil ...it's another way of speaking Tamil just like Chera Thamizh was, back in the olden days. You know, any language, and even Tamil, has been assimilated with oer cultures and has therefore come out differently, than the Tamil on your side of the fence. This is not a bad thing. It's called - evolution. Live with it.

But now I should not have made this thread, since this place is swarming with Northy Jatts like this ingrate, above who hides behind my name and dravidian/Tamil nuts like yourself who can't seem to distunguish dreams from reality.
