Karnataka has implemented a "Creamy Layer" policy excluding the families of BC people with annual income of greater than Rs. 2 lakhs, or others occupying certain positions in the government from reservations. I think this is a welcome move that will help poor in the backward communities, as well as bring some amount of fairness in the system.

Will Tamil Nadu follow anytime soon?

  You are insulting all the doctorates from Anna University. I do not have a doctorate as yet. Most of the doctorates are on film stars. Silluku alone has about 80 ph.d's, from Anna University. Not all Doctors from Anna University have neoplasm in the brain. There may be a few but majority of graduates are like you just backward.

If you can give me some guidelines it will be appreciated.Anna University gives higher degrees if you have a good thesis on Film actors, DMK or ADMk leaders AND (most important) a backward certificate. My thesis on Radha is all ready with about 500 photographs in various attires and poses and should impress the DMK/ADMK examiners at Anna University.I am surprised that you are asking me about it. Most elite in Tamil Nadu and Forum Hub, all professors at Anna University, have such degrees. Is it a crime if I want one.

I was reading last week's Junior Vikatan and there was this brahmana pundit in Coimbatore working on his Vedic Yagna to produce a kavacam (shield) for all ailments emanating from cell phones. I suggest you get an apprenticeship with this brahmana pundit and work on a Pee Hech Dee thesis on EMF Shileds through Vedic Yagna technology and Go-moothra . Do you think Kanchi Sankarachyar university would refuse you a pee hech dee?

  I applied to the brahman priest and also to Kanchi U.
  They looked at my marks and laughed and laughed which was very cruel of them, They referred me to to Shtalin U which is Dr, Hero's old school.I did not fit Shtalin U. image of a student( even though I grew a mustache) and I was told that I will fail in the subjects they offered for Pe Yech Dee (By the By it is pe yech not Pe hech). 'By the By'is a Tamlish expression which will make you happy. The subjects at Shtalin U are chappal throwing, stone throwing,rioting,discussion of silluku's legs,four letter words, beating up old brahmin widows etc. Dr. Hero is a illustrious graduate of that august institution and even now after so many years the professors talk about Dr. Hero with great awe and respect and recount his inumerable expolits. I would have been a big failure so back to square one- Anna U, and backward certificate.
