is there any organisation for saiva pillai community in tamilnadu

  im not sure whether having jAti based organisations is according to the indian constitution - but i've heard abt org's like brahmana sabha etc. so im sure there is some body for saiva pillais, or maybe 'vellalars' in general, coz not all are saiva pillaimar.
  
  saiva pillaimar were the elite literati, mirasdari folks in the early period. i think now the community is slowly dissolving coz of intermarriage with non-saiva pillais and others, and adopting asaivam and asutham practises like taking meat, alcohol etc.
