I hear that the Tamil muslims of Srilanka dont identify with the rest of the tamils(hindus and christians)..isnt that treachery????
will they not do the same in tamilnadu??(already they have done that in india! by opting for a seperate country).
Will their treachery be openly discussed in tamil forums(or discussing this is anti-secular??)
Do they identify themselves with the Tamil traditions(like sangam literature,celebrating pongal,celebrating tamil newyear,acce[pting the plurality ..yathum oorey yavarum kelir>>giving respect to women,being respectful towards nature etc).....
why dont all our tamil friends who always criticise our true brothers never dare to even mention these things...
(when i asked this to a scholar he got angry with me even for raising this question and he himself declared that srilankan muslims are called moors and they arent tamils,,,conveniently forgetting that even tamil muslims were mentioned in the british record as moors and it was the term used by europeans to generally denote muslims.)
