Thamizh is not an Indian Language:@ anyway there is a war script in Thamizh Called 'Kalingap Parani' of Chozha war on Kalingam and of the Chozha King who killed more than 100,000 Elephants and btw a parani would be written in those days when 100,000 or above of Elephants get killed in a war and you should know that Elephants are the last one comes in the war

Tamizh is very much an Indian language - as much indian as Subrahmanya Bharathiar is.
There is an art of war called Dhanur Veda in Sanskrit. There is a malayalam (manipravalam) treatise in warfare. This might be a common work in Tamizh and Malayalam.

I believe there is a treatise on 'Kalari Payittu',
a martial art practised in the past in Kerala. I'm not sure if there is a written text in Malayalam on this subject or if it was taught by one to another, verbally or by show-and-tell?

>> Thamizh is not an Indian Language
Tamils are not Indians. So Tamil is not an Indian language.
