  Pray yourself, only your good karmas will help you, nobody other than you can help you. You people have made your Gods very cheap and you think that they will help you just for 1 Re and 25 paisa.

  It is well known that you jain nutcases weakend out country by ahimsa. It is because of you all that the moslems invaded. At the time of the invasion of the moslems, most of india was either buddhists or jains preaching ahimsa. See south india, it is during this time that the bhakti movement in the south lead by alwars and nayanmars(who came from all castes) drove away Jainism and Buddhism and established the richest empire in indian history - the vijayanagar empire which shut out islam from south india.

  You brought up a very good point. In christianity, the religion preaches, what i call pre-emptive thanksgiving. If I need God's favour, per Malachi chapter in bible, God advised jews and hence the christians to give 10% of your gross income to the poor and needy and then God says to ask of His favors and He has promised returns many-fold. This has worked wonder for jews and i hope christians like me have the wisdom to try that pre-emptive thanksgiving.
  
  Hindus do fasting before they start a project in life. Thats kind of pre-emptive thanks giving too. You can break 1 coconut or 1000 coconuts after getting a favour. But giving thanks after getting a favor may be called bargaining.
