  I encourage my kids to do their best I always challenge them to exceed the expectation of others. I wish they would become doctors or engineers. you don't set the goals so low for your own kids. I believe they have the potential to do anything if you motivate them and make them like it. But most of all when they grow up and I want them to do some thing they are passionate about.
