  TONY you also ridiculed dish-washing menial jobs in 'military hotels'.. Go to the aryabhavans, Archana Hotels, Saravanbhavans, and the MILITARY hotels all over Tamil Nadu. You will find poor hardworking Brahmins in sambar drenched dhotis serving food, cleaning dishes and do all that. Go to the Catering services proliferating in Chennai ('HIGH CLASS Caterers for weddings..etc...) and the other towns you will find Brahmins cooking, cleaning dishes, and doing all sundry work.
