I notice that all the experts are citing web pages as authoritative sources. Any one can put any information on the web. This is how nonsense spreads. Please provide scholarly publications as your source of information.

  Yoga seems to do wonders for folks. Even some simple yogas are very helpful, I find American yoga teachers easier to follow, since they make things simpler to understand and easier to practice. Please give it a try.

  I am sorry to have bought in Mr Sombus wife into this. I had no knowledge that his wife was suffering from cancer nor that he was taking medication namely prozac. In public forums a prescription to prozac is suggested when arguments get heated without any forthought as to the other person really needs or not. I did not mean to insult Mr. Sombu.
  
  But anyway I would like to remind Mr Sombu that I posted the test message on the filmi section because my server or FH server were acting slow and I had already posted a long message on the miscellanies section and it did not show up so I wanted to post a test message (anywhere just happen to be filmi) see whether the servers are working again to repost the long message again.
  
  I knew that Gamini Jenesan was him long before he said that here. I saw that he opened a thread on Kamal Hassan long time ago which was negative about Kamal and many Kamal fans were angry with him and posted their feelings on his thread. This was 2 or 3 months ago so he should forget about the feelings that somehow I am following him around to scare him.
  
  I have no intentions of doing it to anyone in this forum except to say that this is a addition (coming to this forum) that most of us have that at the end (for me atleast) only serves to formalize and crystallize my thought processes on larger issues as I like to say my opinion whether solicited or unsolicited :-))) (many time unorthodox, like saying make friends with Tamil nadu Brahmin to Eelam Tamil audiences inspite of what the opinionated Tamil nadu Brahmins are doing with respect to our struggle) So I assume it helps me out to clear my thoughts so that I can write with some clarity later.
