(as it rightly is) but he also claims that standard error is the root of variance. then that would make deviation the same as standard error (according to the moron)

  standard error is always on a value, if the moron is looking at the standard error of the variance then it is the RMS of variance/(total number of values) (which is definitely not the deviation). However the standard error of the mean is deviation. but being the layman that the moron is, he doesnt even know that standard error always had to be defined over the value.   yeah I noticed the "hypocrat", I just stopped looking at all those mistakes of the enlightened one, because remember he is enlightened. He is trying to take out the influence "un-enlightened" people on the English language. He is working for the reformation of english language, not to mention the reformation of other subjects such as history, maths, statistics, science, genetics.
