Punish the criminals. Treat criminals with heavy hand and without any exceptions. Treat criminals as criminals irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, region and party. But for that we first need to be civilized, respect our country , our citizens and our law and order machinery. We should see that Our governments should be headed by leaders and not bunch of monkeys ( Not including I would say KR Narayanan,Atal Vajpai and Jaswant Singh , they have done a very good job ). And in moment of calamity instead of critisizing government for all the ills, support government actions and abide by law.
