  Chennai is all out by its own fanatism and backward attitude.
  Chennai is culturally lagging behind nearly 20 years when compared to cities like Bombay , Delhi, Pune , Bangalore.

  In Andhra and Tamilnadu rural pockets people are still ready to work for 2 Rs a day. since they have no work and there is no industry in such places.
  Such people go to North and make 15 Rs a day.
