  The way foreign illegal immigrants who look alike Tamilians say Burmese, Srilankans, Bangaladeshis, Maldivians get Indian passport easily from Trichy and Chennai passport offices by bribing Rs.20000/- making fake affidavits etc. At this rate lot of terrorist and illegal immugrants become citizen in Tamilnadu. I am not against reservation which is based on financial status and caste.Reservation does not mean that merit should be completely overlooked and 98%of jobs and college admissions should be reserved as is in the case of Tamil Nadu. 69% for backward caste and if you add backward NRI, sports, CM descretionary quota, Tamil teachers,freedom fighters,VIP quota, reservation adds up to 98%. That is the reason idiots like you can go to college , who do not understand reservation system and defending reservation as if i was 30%. Reservation was started in 1920s at 23% and later increased to 30%. At that time it was appropriate to be called 'reservation' and was accepted by all sections of society. Now 98% of the college students and 98% of college professors are admitted because of caste and all of thenm belong to rich families, sons and daughters of High court Judges, doctors, lawyers, high Govt,Officials, and industrialists. So you get morons and idiots who have had all advantages in life and whats more , they are taught by reservationist idiots ,(idiots teaching idiots) so that you get people like you who do not understand banning of merit even if one explains to them umpteen times.You will spend your time better by watching Silluke dancing on tape and going to kusboo temples. Dr. Madurai Veeran is doing that and is quite happy.
  I agree that there should be some quota for NON MERIT cases but not 98% qnd should be based on people who have not had opportunities because of povert and not imbeciles like Dr. Tamilian.

  I agree with tony, the reservation system failed in tamil nadu and taken the competence out of the tamilians which can be seen in most of the corporate sector employments are outsourced from kerala and from telugus. Its high time the govt improve the standard of education or else we would be wiped out.
