first of all sooriyan tv doesn't make sense
it should be kathirth tholaikkaatsi and there are lot of pure Thamizh names for Sun. The thing is these TV's dominate the 20% of the THamizh people living in urban which mean that these people have less knowledge of Thamizh and think Thamizh is a countryside langauge thus these people are like u know out of the bright side. The other thing is foreign people own such medias to manipulate Thamizh to do things and all the programs they do in SUN TV ...like Comedy Time?! I mean comeon why not nakaipu neram or something Thamizh? Does that make their tonghue swallow in eh? Well i don't know what but these people have real problems with their brain. Btw vanavil and theepam is Thamizh name not sure of Vasantham and we have a TV in Caanada called TVI and it's program is the high top thing u'll ever see that's right they show u pictures not films on TV and they have News Look and boy the way these people sit and talk and sip their coffee make me think that they come to that news look for drinking coffee and very cheap programming anyway all are to be worse.

fsd
did u know that Thamizh actors are from other part and but u can't have a Thamizh actor in kannada state or watch Thamizh movie in kannada state it still shows the sympathy and pitiful Thamizh livings in TN. Next of all people will do anything for money...no patriotism man. IF it's not that we would have country ...what happened to kattapomman? pandara vanniyan? Sangkiliyan? Chozha Empire? Three dynasties? That's thamizh unity u have there and traitorism.

(Repeat)
When you watch the Tamil - Films & TV Serials or read Tamil - Novel & Stories you wonder, when there are enough and more of "very commonly used Tamil Words"--- again I repeat, when there are equivalent Tamil Words "available in plenty", why are these Tamil - Films & TV Serials Script Writers and the Novels & Story Writers, are using so many English words in their script dialogues, as if the Tamil Language is "starving" for want of appropriate Tamil Words.
How rediculous and unbearable it is to see, the "Tamil beauty being trampled by the Tamils themselves, for want of the English Maid".
When you watch these Medias you could see how much of English words that are being used within a short dialogue in these stories, misleading the upcoming young Tamil Generation - by giving them a wrong impression that the Tamil Language is a "Coolie's" Language while the English Language is the "Lord's" Language.
Please donot allow the History of TamilNadu record at a future date, that the beautiful Tamil Language was polluted with the immense use of English Words by the Script Writers of TamilNadu, in Tamil – Films, TV Serials, Novels and Stories, which gradually paved the way to the development and emergence of a new language called “Tam-english”
Let us follow the people of the countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, Laos, Kampuchea, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Spain etc, etc, of this third millennium, “and admire” how they have given the "first place" to their "mother tongue" (THAAI MOLI), and "only thereafter" the place to the international communication language the English.
English language "should be studied" by every Tamil as a link language, to help him to converse "with someone who doesnot know the Tamil Language", for the purpose of acquiring worldly knowlege in the fields of - Science, Technology and Human Development, and in Cultural, Religious & Historical - Studies of the other countries of the World, and as a communication Language with those countries with diverse languages - to conduct Trade and Business, and also to help the Tamils to get Job opportunities in the countries overseas------BUT "NOT" AS A LANGUAGE CONSIDERED TO BE SUPERIOR TO OUR OWN MOTHER TONGUE – THE SWEET TAMIL LANGUAGE.
THAMILAN ENDRU SOLLADA !! THALAI NIMIRNTHU NILLADA !! INIYA THAMIL PESADA !! ATHU UNTHAN PERUMAI ENTRU KOLLADA - THAMILAA !!

Mr. R. Sri Hari
it better to our actors and actress, to talk in english, rather spoiling thamizh again by wrong pronounciations.
i dont think any thamizh actor pronounce 'zha' properly except for kamalahasan and prabhu.
one more question for you sri hari... is your name fully thamizh ?
