how exactly the romans traded with the tamils?does any body have good details on this.?

  Roman and Thamizh trade established well during Chozha Empire. Chozha Empire and Roman Empire had trades read books related to Chozha Empire you might find evidence of it and as well perhaps there is a book of Roman and Thamizh or Europeans or find a book from Europe in English or any other language that you can read with anyway. There was a big trade i don't know perhaps goods like karampu and uppu:S not sure though but i think mutthu was traded and other things that i don't know anyway but variety of things about such trade is available in libraries i persume.   Romans relationship with tamils goes back to the period before the birth of Christ. Unlike what Mavalangilli had written, the trade relationships were between mostly Cheras and Pandyas with Romans. The first recorded reference is during the period of Agustus Caesar.
