INDIA IS A COUNTRY OF TWO NATION.ARYAN NORTH & DRAVIDIAN SOUTH.WHAT WILL INDIA BE IN 20 YEARS FROM NOW .WILL THIS ETHNIC CROSS SYNTHESIS BETWEEN NATIVE DRAVIDIANS AND ALIEN ARYANS CREATE A PAN INDIAN UNITY OR WILL THIS EVENTUALLY FUEL A BREAKUP FROM THE ARYAN HINDI RULE.

THE SO CALLED UNITY IN DIVERSITY OF INDIA IS TODAY FOUND TO BE A MYTH ! ITS AN ADAGE ONLY FOR OUTWARD CONSUMPTION .INTERNALLY INDIANS ARE ALL A DIVIDED RACE OF PEOPLE .THIS DISCORD IS CLEARLY EVIDENT BETWEEN THE DRAVIDIANS AND ARYANS .

SOUTH INDIAN PARTIES ARE CLEARLY UNHAPPY WITH THE NORTH INDIAN CENTRES RULE.SOUTH INDIAN SENTIMENTS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS SIDELINED AND NEGLECTED.

INDIAS CONTRIBUTION & PRIDE TO WORLD IS UNIVERSAL.HOWEVER INDIANS AT HOME ARE A DIS-CONTENTED LOT.

SOUTH INDIANS ARE SECOND CLASS CITIZENS.

WILL THIS FALSE UNION EVENTUALLY BREAKUP INDIA OR THIS UNION CONTINUE ?

  Tamilians' culture is definitely marginalized under the overwhelming culture of "Hindi" and "North India;" but we should remember that it's not just Tamilians but all of South India who share this. Things are worse, in my opinion, for Malayali, Kannada, Telegu people who are perhaps even less well known than Tamilians. The Tamil movie industry is the only one that can rival Bollywood since A.R. Rahman, Illiyaraja and Mani Ratnam are from there, whereas these other language regions, although rich in culture and history, perhaps are never ever noticed by North India. South India in general is sort of overlooked. What really bothers me is how I know smug North Indians who assume South India is somehow more backwards socially than North India. In fact, South India is the region from where there is a much higher number of charities and non-governmental social programs. It is mainly in North India, states like Bihar, Rajastan, Hariyana, or MP, where we hear about caste wars, gang rapes, child marriages continuing. South India definitely has problems but socially, North India is more of a wasteland. This rant is getting a little pointless, I admit; there's no point in saying North or south is better; but it's tiresome to hear people say that South is by definition more primitive than the North, which is so, so incorrect.
  
  Speaking of Tamil Issues, the Tamil Tigers are fighting this war in Sri Lanka in search of a Tamil homeland and are causing a great deal of bloodshed and pain. I think it's really up to the Tamilians around the world to unite and speak up about how a "Tamil homeland" is not really worth the price in blood. Do Tamilians really need a homeland? We have Tamil Nadu, the state is named after us, we're doing fine, and waging wars for something like this seems pointless, ESPECIALLY because we hear about how there are lots of children who are fighting in this war. Children are being stripped of their childhood, being forced to kill other human beings, for a not-good-enough reason

  Madhu, I don't understand your claim that the industry is controlled by racist Parsis, unless you were joking..do you really think it is? I don't personally know that many Parsis, and I don't know if they play a big role in the Indian movie industry, although maybe they do. I think the reason that there are so many fair-skinned heroines in the South is due to sexist men. Men want to see dark heroes like themselves, but hten they want "fantasy women," light-skinned ladies whom they import from the North. So sexist and so self-loathing; of course, no one considers how dark south indian ladies feel about having to see only light-skinned heroines on screen--no, the movie industry only panders to men. And one more thing: SO many actresses in Indian film look and act like they are 12. This is another manifestation of sexist men's grip on the Indian movie industry. They want to see young, prepubescent girls to fulfill their fantasy of getting a young, virginal, sort of helpless female. One of the current stars of Tamil cinema, Jyothika, has the face of a 5-year-old--it's embarrassing! But we ladies aren't treated so well, whatever ugly, fat, old guy they decide to put on screen is supposed to be enoguh for us.

  Thanthai.Selva who was born in Singapore came to Thamizheezham and unlike you TN Thamizh who would never make a foreign Thamizh patriotic as even a minister or anything The Thamizhans accepted him as the leader and he fought against the Singhalese Government for the freedom of Thamizhan as being co-united with so called 'Sri Lanka' peacefully! Do you know what happened? He was brutally attacked with his followers who peacefully showed agitation against Singhalese Government..and he himself who followed the peace..told to all Thamizhans that we Thamizheezha Thamizhans have tried to seek peace in all ways with Singhalese as being one with them..but all of our hard work through peace never paid off and I'm afraid it never shall! The brutal Singhalese will never come down to Thamizhans nor shall they be considered to be trustable! Thus the freedom of Thamizhans depend on a separate country consisting Thamizh native-lands (Note: Lot of the Thamizh native lands have been colonised by Singhalese after the Independance of so called Sri Lanka and the migration of Singhalese during European Rules!). The Dream toward re-making the country 'Thamizheezham' (which had existed before the arrival of Europeans..you should know that!) stared from the step Thanthai.SelvanAyakam left!

Not only that but many womens and mens were sexually assaulted..violent deaths! Babys and women and men were thrown in a hot tar!   Have they stopped the war yet? No the U.S.A declared war on Vietnam and lost it! The (H)India declared war on LTT and lost it! The U.S.A started war against Iraq 'The Gulf War' and you know the devastation result of it!   Their sympathy towards Thamizhans are in the form of Kauvery cut, pavani cut, lands claim (although TN is shrunken into 142,000 KM, considering the fact karnataka is 192,000 KM, Telugu state is 225,000 KM and Kerala which is 39,000 KM). The (H)India acted wisely from the start to bring down the power of Thamizhan! If the World have announced Thamizh as one of the seven oldest languages of the world..how come Thamizh get no respect but with it being official along with 15 others..is this is how (H)India honors Thamizh? Well it doesn't have to because what it think is Hindi Sanskirit should gain dominion..after all the (H)India bark for Hindi and Sanskirit and bite for them too from non-Hindi States like Thamizh Nadu and Thamizh descends states of such (Karnataka, Telugu, Kerala). The (H)India in Congress power from the start wanted to make Hindi as the classical language of it's country from the start! However this failed in TN ..and because of TN Anti-Hindi Agitation!
