No Hindian will learn Tamil, not even any other Indian language.Hindians want to make all the 1 billion Indians to speak and write only Hindi.
That is why crores of Rupees, from tax collected from all the other nonHindi states is spent on propagating Hindi through Hindi Prachar Sabhas which sprout all over the country like Mosquitoes and and spread Malaria (Hindi)

  if hindi belongs to one particular state or some particular state then hinduism also belongs to those states. You cannot differentiate between hindi-hindu.
  
  If tamilians are not Hindi, then they cannot be hindu also. It means they are budhist or jains originally forcibly converted to dalitism/hinduism by brahmins the way north Indians are trying to convert Tamil to hindi. and so tamilians to hinduism.
