Horse is an animal known to all the groups of Indoeuropeans and especially to highly mobile Indic people.
Shri lankan and South Indian sites are all similar especially oldest layers where same brahmi prakrit writings on pottery is found.

These people had no similarity to southeners of present day except for Sinhalese
