All states should adopt this policy for preserving two language groups.
1.english.
2a.sanskrit/hindi-in non-hindi speaking states.
2b.Tamil/dravidian language-In hindi speaking states.
3.Regional language-In all states & hindi inhindi speaking states.
This was the intention & should be practised.

Dear friend,
Let me remind you that, you cannot force any one to learn a specific language. People are stuggling to fill their stomach every day..how you can ask them to learn the languages.
If you are interested to do that, please ask our politicians to learn hindi to open their mouth at the parliament. we people are not asking our politicians to learn anything but putting pressure on the normal people to learn some extra language. we are not at all looking whether he/she is capable to become a leader.
All indians should learn only one language that is love. Neighbouring states(Karnatka and TN) who are having the same origin of language fighting for water (cauvery) and we are talking about unity in diversity?? good one to hear. Let's be pragmatic!!
english!!
It became inevitable to communicate with others! but, not for the normal people..only for the officials and politicians.

Whether one like it or not government of india is implementing the policy of three language in india . except hindi states comprising of m.p.,u.p.,bihar,rajasthan,hariyana,chttisgarh,uttaranchal,jharkhand.according to an argument there is english ,hindi, sanskrit in these states .when we ask where is avadhi kadi boli maithili they say these are dilects not languages. when we say whta you call as old hindi they are these dialects developed & roped as hindi & that the third language ideally should be dravivian language

What do you feel about the implementation of the three language policy adopted by the State?
Do you feel that multilingual approach is essential in a country like ours?

The best 3 language policy would be:
1. English
2. Mother Tongue
3. Optional language - can be Hindi/Language of Neighbour, if the learner deems useful.
Sanskrit is certainly out!

And the end result will be national unity - certainly.
For everyone will be minding their own business!
