Could anybody say whether the northern districts ("Thondai mandalam") except pondicherry is backward in every aspect when compared to southern districts and western districts(Salem,Erode,Coimbatore)
Is the no.of.V.I.Ps are less from northern states(I mean, old North arcor,south arcot,chengalput and dharmapuri districts)?in almost every sphere of our society.
