  See the undertone here. They were killed because 'they were worshippers of Buddha'. Americans are called as 'Crusaders'.
  
  The message is clear, America's war against Iraq is viewed with religious color. They are viewed as waging crusade (the war between christians and muslims).

  ?The author mentions the use of women as shield. Strikingly, day before yesterday in Hyderabad(India) the Lashkar terrorists were arrested and muslim women went to the place of press conference and shouted against the congress government there.
  
  The DG of Police said that this is the same Lashkar strategy from Kashmir to Hyderabad, using the honour of muslim women to whip up passions.
