  I like the argument of pappan & Non pappan from Mr Sreenivasan. Yes, let us think that we are all human beings and equal. But certain truths are bitter. The way it is policised is not good to the standards of Kanchi Mutt. it shows that they are like that only. (Don't compare others deeds to answer for this). We have come to know after these incidents. He is fit to lead BJP who are so called Hindus custodians. Hinduism is everyones Blood and we don't want someone is exploiting it. This sanyasi become a politician and that is the reason he is getting this much brickbats from people. Please mind it those who are opposing also hindus and they don't require any certifications like christianity from anyone.

  DENIGRATIVE SOCIAL- INSULT and RELIGIOUS INJURY
  
  Any Common man of Moral values, cannot dispute on the Govt action of taking the Seer to the Judicial custody, based on the adequately vital Police- Reports.
  
  And we have nothing to comment now on the person Jayendra Saraswathi... or whether he is Guilty or not... Let the Courts of Law decide it.
  
  But the way the Acharya was arrested and further being conducted is highly OBJECTIONABLE.
  
  He is still the PEETADHIPATHI as Kanchi Sankaracharya, worshipped in person as also through his Photos in the Pooja rooms of several crores of his Hindu disciples all over the world.
  
  That high Religious status cannot be SUDDENLY IGNORED nor MOMENTARILY WIPED OUT... so long he continues in the Status.
  
  So while taking him to custody as the ACCUSED (Not as CULPRIT), he should have been kept ONLY UNDER HOUSE ARREST... and NOT straight to the Prison, as if he is the HABITUAL-CRIMINAL! This is unprecedented in the parallel cases of any dignitary.
  
  When even the Political Prisoners are duly considered on this aspect, the status of Religious Head has to be given a better consideration as also the sentiments of the people who highly honour him for his Religious Seat.
  
  If the same case occurs to any other Religious Leader (even of Minority status in India)... may God forbid...
  
  ... let us imagine... what the Govt and the respective Religious followers as well as the common Indian people would have done? They would have paralised the whole Nation. Such is the Minority- power in India.
  
  So what has been done in this case is the RELIGIOUS INSULT to the Hindus.
  
  Kanchi Acharya-Dandam too has been IMPRISONED.
  
  If at least it were demanded to be derobed of his Acharya- Peetam Seat, before entering the Prison, it would have been a consolation.
  
  The Govt continues his status as Peetadhipathi on one side but does not allow his disciples to visit him even though both the Guru and his Sishyas are entitled to,even under the present Religious status. Is it NOT INCONSISTENT?
  
  He continues to be under Sanyasi robe, for which there is a Sanctity and Religious Rites to be maintained, which atmosphere cannot be provided in a Prison. It is a BAD PRECEDENCE tantamounting to the RELIGIOUS INJURY for all the Hindus.
  
  Is he really treated as the ACCUSED or...

  see that they have had atleast 5 Prime ministers from thebeahmanical lineage!!

  The accusations against Kanchi mutt are absolutely devastating. And the Chennai High court Judge has clearly stated that there is "prima facie" evidence to believe that Jayendra has conspired to commit the murder of shankararaman, which may even attract Life term in prison.
  
  SO he has been denied bail twice already!!
  
  You are talking about "thandam" and "peetAthipathi" position; Well, Jayendra should have immediately stepped-sown from his position as soon as he was arrested.
  
  It was HE who has completely tarnished the position of Kanchi peetathipathi(if at all it has any credentials!!)
  
  And Kanchi mutt is a pArpaniya mutt! none other than "smArta" pAppAns give a $hit about kanchi mutt or this Jayendra pAppAn (not even iyenngars or their jeeyars!!!!)
