  It is true there should be NO discrimination based on caste or birth. And more than analysing it, and following politicians who have their own agenda, what can we, the concerned citizens, do about it. Reading the recent newsreport about human excreta being thrown on the face of a woman becuse of her birth, it makes you feel small. And how many such incidents go unnoticed.
  
  We can educate the public, with persistence and in a few years Gandhi's message would have spread far and wide. Please post any SENSIBLE and PRACTICAL suggestions, so we can work together. And be polite in your language please.
