What do you mean by that. Since so many years Tamil films are released in South East Asian contries and Srilanka. What Kamal did special on this?

Penta Media ChandaraSekaran already showing movies via NumTV and he has the internet rights for so many movies for so long.

Kindly clarify don't make sweeping statements.
