  Only the song "alai" has some good melody. Other than that there's nothing special. It has become a 'fashion' to say "superb" for what ever songs rahman composes. Charming words????? ha ha Thank God Vairamuththu did not get involved in this film. It would have been a disgrace for the National Awars he received this year.

  To be frank, even the film "mugavari" which had musical subject had some wonderful melody and very good lyrics, by Deva and Vairamuththu respectively. "Boys" songs are nothing compared to them.

  What a foul you are. Rahman is absolutly different from other Indian Music directors. Why the hell do you (an ass|hole) think that Rahman gets so many offers from Bollywood? Not even in Kollywood does Deva get any offer anymore. Why do you talk about Deva now? FOUL!
  
  All the songs from BOYS are great, and specially the bit songs.
  
  Idiot, everyone say that Rahman is great. Whatever they are a Indian, Sri Lankan, Parkistani, Bangladeshi, Malaysian or Singaporian all agree that Rahman is great. Tell me who is Deva compared to Rahman. NOTHING!

  It's easy to comment on the compositions of Rahman,ok...I mean every composer.I think every composer is uniquely and equally good.Therefore Rahman has brought life to the movie BOYS.It may be hurtful to hear bad comments too about the movie but it's just people's taste.I think everybody should appreciate one another's work.TRUST ME THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE WITH GOOD SONG, ESPECIALLY FOR OPEN-MINDED TEENS.GOOD JOB.
