  He is one half mental guy. He is in tamil nadu because he earns huge money from movies. He doesnt have true love for tamilians. Acting in movies and ruling a state are very different things. He listens to lot of media persons like cho and other people. He doesnt have any vision for tamilnadu. MGR knows how to utilise his movie fans for converting to vote bank. So even rajni may become CM but tamilnadu wont see any revolutionary things happening. He will be just another CM to tamilnadu. But corruption may not be as high as when jaya rules. The people around him will utilise him to get richer. Thats all. So dont hope for some great thing will happen to tamilnadu when rajni became CM. He has big media image than actually the person is very small.

  Do you think all the Bcom or Economics graduates effectively can discuss about Govt Budget?
  Do you think Kamarajar was a Political Science graduate?Wasn't he a remarkable CM of TN.
  
  I sincearly appreciate your intention..But practically it doesn't depend on educational qualification,but Vision and Truthfulness..
  
  FYI,Eventhough a CM is not a political science,He/She got many IAS officers for consultaion,already Govt employed IAS officers to advise and contribute..But what lacking is Vision and Truthfulness

  I agree, but vision and mind broadens with education.
  What I meant was educated CMs, or politicians, rahter than politicians not literate
  enough to understand what is going on around. They can easily be manipulated.
  
  I do not try to say, education makes a man perfect. But It would guide a better person
  to become the best politician.
  
  Manmohan singh, and Yashwant sinha are proud finance professionals whom we have, or had
  as ministers. If for such post we need a finance pro, then for CM which is equally or
  more important we DO need an educated candidate.
  
  We dont want another LALOO do we?
  
  It is very sad to see so many MLAs or MPs who are illetrates, rulin or governing the
  post without much knowledge. What I meant was not political science grads, but atleast
  educated men or women.

  well, there are exceptions. All cannot be kamarajar ( a born genius)
  
  P.S. I do not talk about rajni here, I am talking generally!
  Infact, Rajni is one of the best possible candidate to compete for the post, because of his

  With due respect to all Tamilians, in the history of the Tamils, we are probably at our lowest.
  We have stopped progressing for the last 50 years and all we have and talk of is our glorious past!
  
  We the overseas Tamils, pray that Tamilnadu be saved from greedy, egoistic, unproductive CMs.
  
  If Tamil of Tamilnadu are thinking of Rajni as their saviour, I feel most sorry for them.
  
  Think for yourselves, Rajni may be a good person but is he the material for a chief minister?

  TN needs an efficient, dynamic & non corrupted hand. The only choice is P.CHIDAMBARAM. He was cabinet minister / finance minister for our country. He is a learned, young dynamic man with a good political record. Afterall Rajinikanth is an actor who has no idea of politics other than commenting once in a while. Comments anybody can pass (me and u). If Rajini wants to do good for TN people he should support P.Chidambaram during election and after chidambaram becomes CM, rajini can get into politics (sure he wont) or keep quiet for next 3 years and start another film. This is not put down rajini but for welfare of Tamil Nadu.

  Rajini should not enter politics unless he feels that he can change the Tamil Nadu into a excellent state. He should not join or support any of the existing political Party such as DMK, ADMK, etc. as it will prevent him from doing good things for people. The above parties only spend their time in againsting each other and not for people of Tamil Nadu. If he feels that he want to start a new party, Rajini should include some experienced and talented politician such as Mr. Chidambaram and other faithful educated politician.

  I wan't you to get back your words "TN politics is Kuppa politic in the world". How many countries you have seen or how many state politics you know ? Do you know the political scenario in country like israel, afganistan, or even srilanka.
