but superb songs especially jothika's acting and the cute looking european hero. what do you think makkals?

  Hey.. i just loved that movie.. the hero was really nice.. i would prefer to watch him than any other hero of the tamil industry today.

  This movie is very unique and interesting. Ok, I guess that they could have done a better job of Bhairav's role, because he was an important character, though quite scary. Special effects went off quite well and sustained interest. Perhaps the idea of using a "Little John" appeals to kids more than many of us adults, but I think we can appreciate all their efforts and the fact that they managed to tie in God and prayers and mantrams without making things all too obscure. God is great. This is one of the few Tamil movies I have seen that gives so much importance to God, so that is a major plus for this movie. Yes, the Canadian or American actor Bentley does speak Tamil with a foreign accent, but what does one expect? Besides, who are we to say whether he understands what he is saying, unless we know the truth? Even then we cannot be sure, because some people can be modest about themselves. In any case an important feature of the movie would have been lost had a Tamil actor replaced Bentley, because there is no inspiration from a foreign point of view. I seriously believe that the incorporation of a foreigner into the movie adds a lot of prestige for it, and its definitely an attention grabber. All the actors and actresses did a fine job, and it does not really matter who is thin and who is fat, or who is pretty or ugly. Its how they present their character that really counts. The director has a vivid imagination and put it to great use in this film, and the crew did great too. So, in spite of its unexpected and seemingly childish or "stupid" features, I strongly recommend this movie.
