Anand,
At last you are taling about Rajini's cinema. I am glad you have changed.
Out of 11 movies you indicated, 4 movies didn't do well. 3 Fils are average. Rest of them are super hits! This will give you clear picture on your topic

Comparing Tamil Version and Hindi version, i prefer Basha,Annamalai, Mr. Bharath and Padikathan. Rajini did very compared to hindi version.
Deewar, Qurbani, Don and Mard is better than Tamil.
Mappillai is my favourite but i have not seen the Telungu version. After Rajini's Mappillai was super hit, it was remade in Hindi and acted by Anil Kapoor but it do well.

Thillu Mullu was one of Rajini's best (if not THE best) comedies. I didn't realise it was a Hindi re-make.
BTW, who acted in the Hindi version of Maveeran (Mard?)

Kumar,
Mard is acted by Amitab and it was super hit in Hindi.
Kodi Parakathu is also Hindi Version and it is also acted by Amitab. I think it startes with Sathe ... . If they have followed exactly like Hindi, it will be super hit!

Thanks Jeeva.
Speaking of Amitabh I once saw him in a remake of a Sarath Kumar movie (you know, one of those where he is both the son and the very stern natamai father/grandfather or whatever). It was done when Big B was quite old, but they had a filter on the camera which gave a blurred image- an attempt to make him look younger, just like they did for MGR in Madhura Meeta Sundharapandiyan. Not a pretty sight.

Jeeva,
I do not think kodi parakuthu is a remake. I think U are saying it is a remake of the hindi film "satte pe satta". It is not.
As for the movie, kumar is talking about it is Suryavamsham in hindi also.
