Has anyone seen PP? I have read one reveiw. It didn't sound all to great. KB's movies are usually controversial and from the reveiw i read it sounded quite controversial!!
If anyone has seen it could you post your comments. Is it worth to go and see it at the theatre??????

I saw PP. The movie is not good. It is slow and there are too much songs added to the movie. Till the interval there is nothing much happening in the movie except some comedy from Vivek. After the interval the pace of the movie is slow. Even the climax is dragging. The climax takes place with a background song. But both Madhavan and Simran have acted well.

Madhavan marries simran and later simran finds out that Madhavan had a affiar with a girl (Radhika Choudhary) while he was studing Medicine and so she asks him for a divorce. Subsequently Simran's father dies and she has to go through a lot of trouble (like his father had taken finance for his business and now she has to pay for it). Though they are divorced, Madhavan helps Simran and in the process they understand each other and still love each other but not tell it out. When Simran wants to discuss about this to Sneha and when she comes to know that Sneha is in love with Madhavan, in her ego she plans to marry Lawrence who is in love with her even before she married Madhavan. How the climax unfolds is told in the background of a song (Adhisiya Thirumanam). In the climax Vivek marries Sneha, Lawrence marries the girl that was chosen for him by his family and Madhavan and Simran reunite.

this movie does not have any reason to be made a movie. balachander could have dome this as a micro serial. a very very very dissappointing movie.songs are badly picturised and does'nt sound good. people are advised to leave the theatre when the last ' uchchakattam' song comes to avoid frustration about wasting your money. the climax is S****. All together the movie is a crap and the worst of all the 100 movies balachandar had made

The news is that the only movie which is good is the monkey Vijay kanth movie "Thavasi". But they Aalavandaan will give Thavasi stiff competition eventhough the movie is not good becoz of Kamal and the special effects.

The songs are quite well made even though the movie is bad.....especdially the song Azhage sugama...has beautiful lyrics and even the vocals rendered by Sreenivas and Saadhana Sargam are really heartwarming...it doesn't seem that Saadhana is not a tamilian she seems to have picked up the language quite well...hats off to the good music!!
