  The answer is "ABSOLUTELY YES !"
  
  This is because of now days Technology which is called "Wireless".
  
  The Wireless technology need "SERVER" to retrieve the Ringtone/Wallpapers from the Server. So, that is the KEY ! with ownering your own server, you can Transfer ur ringtones/wallpers to ur phones. Ownering a server is also easy using PC... cause our PC can be turned into virtual Server. Like my PC can be accessed ONLINE under : http://regan.mshome.net:80/ if i am connected to internet...
  
  The minimum requirements is :
  - Your PC must have internet connection
  - Your Phone must support WAP/GPRS
  
  So,
  
  You can easily transfer all your favorite ringtones by ur own.
  
  I released the whole idea in a CD ;
