There was a few movies that was released in Malaysia with the title changed by the Malaysian CencorBoard.

They are:

"INDHU" changed to 'PATTAS'
Cast: Prabhudeva and Roja

"UNNAIK KODU ENNAI THARUVEN" changed to 'ENNAI THARUVEN'
Cast: Ajithkumar and Simran

"SURIAPAARVAI" changed to 'KAVALAN'
Cast: Arjun, Raghuvaran and Pooja

And Now

"BAGAWATHY" changed to 'PASUPATHY'
Cast: Vijay amd Reema Sen

THIS TITLES WERE ONLY CHANGED IN MALAYSIA BECAUSE OF SOME UNWANTED VIOLENT SCENES...

  hey friends thanx a lot to u...i have been wondering about the surya parvai & kavalan...since i saw the movie as kavalan...songs were nice..& when the dj in radio announced the songs were from the movie surya parvai...now my doubt cleared..:)..thanx..
