There was a couple of mistakes that need to be rectified for the description of the thread 'Tribute to Rajinikanth' -Please stay in this thread OK...and consider 'Tribute to Rajinikanth' obsolete.
While there have been heaps of praises and even queries about Hritk Roshan and related issues; I would like to highlight that the
Question of Hritik Roshan of the South should never be given any importance...I acknowledge great actors and actresses of the
North but I would like to ask if there is Rajinikanth of the North? I anticipate contesting views but that is why we have a forum in
the first place. To my knowlege, southern male actors have acted with grace in Hindi based movies with names like Arvind
Swamy, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan to name a few and although there actresses from the North that act in the South such as
Tabu and Amisha Patel, the South has produced individuals like Sridevi and Hema Malini who are household names in Northern
homes...I would also like to ask if there is Aishwarya Rai of the North (you have to remember that she is a member of the Karnatik
Tulu speking Dravidian ethnic group) despite of her looks that makes her pass as a North Indian easily...Please come and share
your views and criticsms.
