  The jail scenes were inspired from "The Innocent Man". But, rest of the movie should be original.
  
  During the story discussions, clashes/arguments between Ra.Ki. Rangarajan, Kamal and SanthanaBharathi went too hot and most of the time Kamal walked out of the discussion.
  
  For instance, the scene where Kamal realises that her daughter had attained puberty (vayasukku varuvadhu) came because of a hot discussion between the three. But, that scene turned out to be a punch in the movie.
