Kamalhaasan's fans' association has been converted by Kamal into a welfare movement. It is now indulging in so many welfare activities and is accomplishing many social services. Kunaseelan remains the head of this forum. In his (Kamal's) native place Paramakkudi, Kamal has constructed a school and it's being run by him. In Osur, a school is being run in Kamal's mother's name. Kamal and his fans are indulging in blood donation, arranging for free medical service and giving monetory help for heart surgery. Kamal has also created 'Annai Rajalakshmi Trust' and through it, every year, he is presenting cash gift (Porkkili) for the 'Best Writer '.

Kamal due to his financal constraint he is still helping a unforunate.Kamal seems to help the handicapped more than the poor.
Rajini's donation are often published in the papers and screen on tv.But Kamal's donation go unnotice.Kamal is helping without the media getting involve thats a good man.A man getting the media to show his donations and so on is not a good one why cos he's gaining popularity.Rajini is a good man but i feel Kamal is better cos he is investing huge sums of money for his movies and yet keeping some for the poor and handicapped.

Rajini dosen't invest much on movies so he has the money to donate.Same as to Vijaykanth.But Kamal is different.

  People always only ridicule and grumble ablut Kamal as a human and a real life person.
  
  These points could probably get them wondering if their grumbling might have been wrong and unfair and not always right!!

  This has nothing to do Tamil Cinema.Its the actors private life.I'm just curious why cos some people have label Kamal has a good actor but very proud and so on.His constant helping hand for the handicapped have gone unotice.Just wrote to say Kamal indeed is a good man by nature when comes to helping hand.

  1. I think it means running away from a madam, leaving behin your thandam and kamandalam, together with a 'mami' to a hill station.
  
  2. I also think that it means murdering the husband and forcefully kidnapping the wife with the 'ashirwadam' of mada sankaracharis(like a hotel muthalali did!)
  
  3. It may also mean to live the life of a call-girl,nympho,concubine and finally a lesbian partner to another murderous lesbian, and arrange for mid-day meals for all the 'holy' pappans in temples.

  The versatile actor who was in the news for his quality of mercy has now started a free Tailoring school named in honour of his mother as "Annai Rajalakshmi Free Tailoring School". Marking Mahatma Gandhi's memorial day and the Leprosy Eradication day, this Nallasivam not only issued free tailoring equipments to the deceased and leprosy affected women on January 30th 2003, but also went a step ahead and provided handloom clothes to the poor people in Poonamallee.   U call kamal an "ozhukkam illadha manidan". U think rajini is an "ozhukuummana manidan". Nice joke.
  
  rajini is a pucca womaniser in real life (like MGR). Only diff is that it does not come out in public (like kamal).
  
  U can verify this info with anyone who has been closely associated with rajini. I know a few of them.
