  Of Course, cos VasoolRaja is a good movie from a real actor..whereas, Madhura is a pathetic movie from the worst actor that calls himself the 'mass-hero', the 'heir to Rajini' bla bla bla....I'm so happy that atleast from this failure, he will not project himself like my Superstar....

  I'm not sure whether you could classify Vassol Raja under the "super hit/blockbuster" ctaegory. However, I do know that compared to the rest of the Tamil movies that are running right now, Vasool Raja is doing a better paisa 'vasool' (collection) than the rest.
  
  Regarding Vijay assuming himself as the "heir to Rajini bla bla bla" that was a sort of joke. For once, I thought the only hero (after Rajinikanth) whose movies the masses have begun to accept regardless of it's script was Vikram. But I was proved wrong with Arul. So it looks pretty obvious that none of the contemporary heroes like Vikram, Vijay & Ajith are a match to be called the heir to Rajinikanth. At least Vikram is certainly better than the other two.

  Though not a Rajini fan myself, coming to think of the past, I could understand how much of a phenomneon Rajini was. I remember/recollect (at last) how Rajini movies used to attract audience just for his sheer screen presence regardless of it's script. Rajini is truly one of a kind!

  AFS, I agree with you that RAJINI and KAMAL are legends of Tamil cinema. I can't imagine how Tamil tinselworld would have been if we din't have these 2 icons for the last 25-30 years....But I also agree with Kavitha, that VIKRAM certainly is a great actor/star too, and though he cannot be compared with the 2 great guys, he is much much better than the 2 idiots (V and A) that to me, just look like 2 monkeys fighting for the "Supertstar" banana all the time....Sorry if I hurt anyone with this !

  In the last 9 years he has acted only 3 movies(Arunachalam, padayappa, and BABA)BABA is a utterflop movie. Arunachalam is Average hit movie. and Padayappa is a hit movie. You should know one thing that Both Padayappa and Arunachalam were released school vacation time(ie. April month).Because of that only those movies became hit.
  
  Before those Rajini has lot of flop movies. In 90's Pandiyan and Nattukoru nallavan are utterflop movies.
  
  Due to flop of Nattukoru nallavan, that producer Veerachamy admitted to hopital Due to chest pain.

  Sify initially said that VASOOL RAJA is holding in the Box Office since there were no major release to the screen.
