The latest release of LSM, SHOCK becomes a hit in Tamil Nadu. They says there is something different has been done in tamil film industry. I just want some sincere comments from you all? Thank You

  I saw this movie on 23.7.2004 at Colisium Theatre. This movie's background mucic is superb. Meena's acting (possed) is good. Thiagarajan is an unnecessary role in this movie. Thiagarajan failed to expose the story in more details. The first one hour of this movie is nothing. The role of the maid... i really don't understand why they gave such a irritating role to her. This movie is in MEDIUM for me. NOR SCARY TOO...

  I think it is too early to predict the fate of the film. It is a remake of the ram gopal verma directed film "Bhoot" in hindi.
  
  Thyagarajan has done the role done by Nana Patekar in hindi. I do not know why he did not choose a better actor for this role.

  i wonder, how come the residents in the apartments never come out from their houses after ABBAS killed the woman. She screamed very loudly. Then, after few minutes, the Guard killed another one (the daughter). Also nobody notice. what is this????

  Its really a funny movie not a scary movie at all. The Ghost look like a Model. The old lady (their neighbour), who is she? Why the old lady's house always open? What a irritating character for the maid. So many unknown and unwanted characters in this movie.

  I did not get any shock after while seeing the movie except 1 shock.The movie seemed to be a comedy rather than a thriller.That was the only unexpected shock I got.Full of over action and unwanted characters.Just ordinary 1990's ghost story modified slightly and presented in a newer way.Nothing else!!!

  Prasanth was too confident that this movie going to be hit....Even in the interview, he says we will come again again to see this movie....
  I'm not sure why, he copy a movie then the way in the interview, the way he speak like this is the greatest movie ever made in tamil....

  Shock is something new to Tamil cinema. A horror flick with a
  difference.
  
  Technically a great product,very faithful to the original Hindi
  movie 'Bhooth'.
  
  Meena excels and gives a electrifying performance. She looks quite
  hot in the casuals she has worn for the movie. Her seduction/bedroom
  scene with Prashanth evokes passions. Meena gives her famous horny
  expresssion in the scene where she is in a nightgown and her naked
  leg clings tightly around Prashanth. Infact, Meena looks much horny in the love-making scene than Urmila looked in the original Hindi version-Bhooth.
  
  Prashanth gives a good restrained and underplayed performance.
  
  Absence of songs is something new but works well for Shock.
  Direction by Thayagrajan is upto mark.
  
  This movie is worth seeing, especially for fans of Prashanth and
  Meena.
  
  Meena deserves a pat on her back for trying out something different,
