  This is one of the best movie made in tamil. Actually it's not a movie, it's a Kavithai.
  You cannot watch this only with your eyes.....you have to watch this with your heart.
  The only scene people did not like is the intermission.
  Amutha looks for her mother......we look for our motherland.

  Prahaladh Menon what do u think of u r self ..ur stmt is out and out contradictory of the public stmt ..dont babble that madhavan ,simran ,nandita is not good in acting ..do u know what acting is ..u shut u r mouth if u donno anything ... dont make a mess in the discussion ...i dont know what u guys expect from movie ..u seem to be a person who likes cheap malayalam movie starring shakila etc ...u dont have any knowledge what good movie is ...so better dont put u r review of any movie herafter...

  actually the lankan tamil is some what like a mix of slight malayalam and tamil.Some what like palghat Tamil(Remember 'kameshwaren' KAMAL speaking tamil in MICHEAL MADANA KAMA RAJAN).The lankan tamils are mostly once upon a time migrates from Nagerkoil and ramanathapuram districts in tamilnadu.The tamil they speak is sweet and it can be rightly called as true tamil,bcoz it doesn't have english or mix of english as rightly pointed out by ALWAYS YRUE

  One best part of KMI is the character names which the writer has used.Like ,....Tiruchelvan,..I guess sujatha must have remembered Neelam Thiruchelvan ,..the great scholar ,who was an adviser to the srilankan president ,who was mercylessley bombed to death by a scuicide squad some years back,...till date no one knows who is responsible for that murder,..but the fingers point one organisation as the suspect.
  I have read ,that he had dome yoman service to the tamil community in sri lanka and the whole world over,..by effectively using his influence.Sujatha must have named that character in memory of this gentlemen Neelam Thiruchelvan.

  Hi, I am Mohan, KMI is a good movie I enjoyed watching it. The story, music, direction is good and I thing the people who is aware of the issues going on in Sri Lanka will like the movie.
  
  It is another patriotic movie of Mani like Roja, Dil Se, etc. I think this mans dream may be global peace some thing like that.
  
  It will be interesting if he tries out some thing different other than patriotic movies and love subjects, which he generally chooses.

  kannathil muthamittal is probably a film which promises us that mani is back to deal with the human emotions in his own style .the film was indeed great.but even the commercial gloss at one or two points makes us uncomfortable.will mani give us a international class film.
