  I totally agree,
  Peralagan was one of the best for Surya's performance. He is amazing in that movie.
  But box-office wise, this is what I think it is going to be.
  #1-Ghilli
  #2-Arul
  #3-Peralagan

  My take on the list....
  Gilli is a racy entertainer...if you can afford to remove ur thinking cap(it's Dharani's film and with Vijay in it,what else?) barring some somersaults of the lead man which is sure to irritate ,the movie is a characteristic Dharani style logic-less run till the end.
  Peralagan offers Surya and Jyothika some remarkable scope to perform,when Surya does full justice,Jyo has done her part commendably,nothing to rave much abt story,direction or music.
  Arul tries to follow the success formula of Saamy but falls flat as the crux of the story doesn't offer the required firm base for the director to spill his Masala(what else?)Vikram and Jyo are the saving graces anyway.
  Jana----i didn't watch it,but my buddies asked me to avoid it..it was such a torturous experience to watch it,they said.Horrible performance by Ajith ,a pale remake of Baatsha.

  In Bangalore Gilli run only 3 week.
  In Last 1 year, movies run in Bangalore are Virumandi-5 week,Boys-5 week,Autograph-4 week.
  
  So Gilli is an Average Movie. So Don't imagine that Gilli is a super Hit Movie.

  Arul is a super duper hit. A wonderful acting from our current SUPER STAR VIKRAM the second goes to Peralagan Surya and third goes to GILLI Illathalapaty and last and as usual goes to the most horrible actor in Tamil Flim Ajit. This guy just need to retire from flims.His flim jana is a total horrible and worst flim to be done. Don't the directors, producers know who to choose as an actor.

  ayutha ezhuthu is a waste movie, perazhagan is an utter waste except vivek comedy, arul cannot even be considered as a movie. gilli rules all the way and its a mass film.

  Someone mentioned that "Arul" was a super-duper hit! Not really, it got horrible comments and reviewers were really disappointed with it. It has been declared average to flop. The official winner out of the summer releases is "Gilli." Check differents websites for the final results of releases.

  If Vijay has lot of fans what happend to 'Udaya'.In chennai It run only 3 week. Now Even Simbu movie run minimum 30 days.
  
  In Last 15 years The super duper hit movies are
  
  1.Indian. Run 100 days in 48 theatres.
  2.Suryavamsam. Run 100 days in 52 theatres.
  3.Padayappa. Run 100 days in 51 theatres.
  
  No any other movie run 100 days even in 20 theatres in last 5 years.
  
  In fact no any Vijay's movies(12 years career)run 100 days in even 20 theatres.
  
  Last year samy released in vacation time(May month)so It was hit movie. Just like that Gille.thats all

  OK Radha, what is up with the "small girls and boys"? Is that supposed to be a joke, because it's not smart or funny. Ok, first you say "Perazhagan" is a super-duper hit and that it beat "Gilli" which is not true. Let me tell you something that you might not know, some websites and polls don't update themselves regularly. So, you can't really go by them because they can be quite behind. As for Vijay not having any hits (or fans), what was "Kadhalukku Mariayathey" and "Thullatha Manamum Thullam." You openly say that Vijay doesn't have any fans because you don't like him. The people in this forum respect your views and opinions, but you can speak for everyone. You can like whoever you want. However, Vijay IS A MASS HERO whether you like it or not. It seems that you're having difficulty accepting that "Gilli" is a hit! Tell me one thing, are we supposed to believe you or the real movie critics and experts.   Peralaghan is one of surya's best movies.he looked so hot in there.he is my fav.Vikram is good but arul was not his best.Gilli and Jana cannot be talked about at all.They r not good.
