oscars should be world wide instead of just for american films

  Then National awards should be made world-wide instead of just for Indian films. Will it work? No. So, Oscars should be given only for AMeircan movies. After all, Hollywood is the fatehr of all film industries. It doesn't hurt or demean an Indian movie if it doesn't win a Oscar award.
