The worst thing the actors in TN doing is not only become CM but they will have deadly worst people to follow them as next CM. So who is to Rajini if he become CM. Is it Disco shanthi?

  1) It's something wrong in you if you choose CMs again and again as if the leaders are existing only in Cinema Industry, where you have lot of leaders from other Industry and in politics Itself.
  
  2) It even stamps bad IMAGE on Tamils(the Kannadiga friend's post is a sample).
  
  3) TN has gone to "black phase" after this Cinema Personal hijacked the TN Politics (1968 onwards)
  
  4) The good people dare to come to Politics because People support only Cinema Stars
  
  5) Leave out the Corruption, See how many 'dramas' in recent times by the Cinema Based Politicians
  eg) a) The claim of Actress CM JJ that the then Governor misbehaved with her (who can think of such bad claim except the actress)
  b) The instantaneous act of Mu Ka during the arrest (who can act so professionally?)
  c) Ampty number of Screen plays written by MU Ka right from Annamalai incident to Vaiko Issue upto Cauvery-Cinema Incidents.
  
  6) The actor are growing in the Cinema with some Image ,become arrogant while they are in post of CM (ex, JJ, MGR). They don realize the ground reality.

  As I have said in another thread, in TN only after being MLA or MP, people like MGR and JJ have rosen to become the Chief Minister. So they have followed the path taken by any other professional and have gained confidence of people. Not like Andhra where NTR started the party and ended up as CM in two months. That is craziness, not what TN people have shown.
  
  Further in TN there is the "There is No Alternative" factor to take care of. Only ADMK and DMK contest in as many number of seats that require to form the govt. among the major parties. (I don't consider MDMK as strong enough all over TN even if they stand in many constituencies) If ADMK chooses JJ to lead them, what alternative does the voters haver besides Karunaanidhi and JJ?

  What you have said is absolutely non-sense .You think like TN people blindly vote for cine stars ..Do you thing Jayalalitha is more popular than Sivaji as an artist? .Then why sivaji couldn't succeed ?
  
  The sucess of JJ is not only because of her popularity .May be after becoming CM she may gain some popularity .But initially She got support just because he taken the handle of MGR and 'Rettai Ilai' ..Irrespective of a person who lead ADMK will get popular because it is MGR's popularity.

  If TN blindly vote for cine artists why Sarathkumar was defeated by a old ADMK guy in Trinelveli ?Why Nadigar Thilagam sivaji was defeated by a young DMK candidate who admitted he is a stunch Sivaji fan?Why TR failed?Why sarathkumar failed and Ramarajan won? why Chadrasekar failed in Dindugul,where as Nepolian won ..

  Looks like the Kannadiga achieved what he set out to do... Not only do we have Tamils fighting over which religion, caste and dialect is better, now we have Tamils fighting over their locality....   What is the logic thet Tamils should stop fighting just because we are Tamils? We must fight for right things always in the world, whether it is against kannadigas as in Cauvery issue or against Tamils itself when something stupid is being said by one of the Tamils himself like here.   Unfortunately for you, scolding does not equate to constructive criticism. And making one feel inferior or pointing out the lost of pride due to locality is definitely NOT CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. Note that I'm not taking sides here. Irrespective of where a Tamil comes from, he is my relative and I love him. A child too, would agree if I said that he/ she would rather have the father or the brother talk to him/ her with some love and care rather than condemning him/ her. TALK. TALK ABOUT EVERYTHING. AND BE POLITE. Most of the time that's the only way any problem ever get solved... NOT many ppl realize that, do they?

  Assuming it is me, I proceed. I don't understand the first two lines of your post. I did not make anybody feel inferior and what does "lost of pride due to locality" mean?? Hence I don't clearly follow your comments about constructive criticism.
  
  I agree with you that any Tamil from anywhere would be my relative. That is why I say he is family to me and hence I have the right to point out his mistake if he makes one. And your capitalised "BE POLITE" makes me very unhappy and confused. I don't see any rude comments made by me anywhere. Can you please clarify.
