She lay there in the dark. It was two in the morning but still she could not sleep. In 10 hrs she'd be married to Ajay. The tears started to roll down her cheeks. Why had she agreed to this marriage? She didn't love Ajay. He was handsome, rich and kind. What more can a girl ask for? That's what her mother had said.
She got up and unlocked a locker beneath her bed. On opening, it revealed a picture. It was too much for her.
" Why did you do this to me?", she cried out. She couldn't control it anymore. Her emotions had fully taken control of her. " Why?"
As the tears flowed faster she remembered why. Remembered that ill fated day. That day she'd never forget.
"Naveen," Neha whisphered through her tears.
