I make chicken curry that my Mom gave me the receipe for. She learned how to make it when we lived in Kenya. We just call it chicken curry, but when I go to Indian restaurants and try and order it I never get the kind I like. Is there a region it comes from? Here is what I use:
Chicken cut up
garlic
ginger
garam muasala
corriander powder
chili powder
tummeric
corrander
onion
The sauce is a brownish tan. Any help would be great. I just want to know how to order it in a restaurnat.
