Kumbakonam samayal

One of the TamilNadu delicious type of food is Kumbakonam food. Does any one know about that?

You are right.!!Kumbakonam preparation is GREAT>
Some one from Kumbakonam should help us.The proof of its superb cuisine lies in "RAYAR SAMBAR" taught to me by an Iyangar Gentleman from Kumbakonam.
I had written abt this in forumhub when I had posted the recipe but in my website, the introduction is missing.I will repost the recipe in website with introduction.
