Tapioca 		1 Kg                  
Turmeric 		A Pinch   
Curry Leaves 		1 Sprig  
Salt 			To Taste
Coconut Oil		1 Tsp 
GRIND:
Coconut Scrapings 	1 Cup
Red / Green Chilles	2 - 4                  
Garlic 			1 Flake (Optional)       Small Onion 		A hand full (Optional)   
Jeera 			A pinch               
Cut the tapioca into small pieces in a pan, with water just covering them. Add salt to it.  Boil it till it is cooked (becomes soft). Grind / Crush coarsely all the other ingredients. Strain water from tapioca. Add the crushed masala to the tapioca and cover to cook it on low fire for 3 minutes. Sprinkle curry leaves and coconut oil before removing from fire. Serve hot with red / green chilly chutney or fish and meat curry.
