i wanted recipe for mutton sagwala. does anyone know it can you post it her please. My hsband loves that and i have not tried it yet. Need help.

Sagwala Ghost (Mutton with Spinach)
Serves : 6
Cooking time: 1 Hour
1/2 kg mutton cubed
1/2kg spinach chopped finely
Ghee
2 big cardamoms
3 cloves
6 black peppercorns ground finely
1 bay leaf
1/2cup curds beaten
A pinch of soda bicarb
Salt to taste
Grind following to a paste :6 cloves garlic, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 cms piece ginger, 3 medium-sized onions, 2 Kashmiri red chillies
Procedure Boil spinach with soda bicarb in just enough water. Liquidize. Heat 4 tbsps ghee and add ground masala paste and saute till browned well. Then add meat, cardamoms, cloves, ground peppercorns, and bay leaf. Fry till the meat is brown in colour. Add spinach. Pressure cook till the meat is tender and the gravy is thick. Lower the heat and cook till the spinach and the meat are well blended. Add beaten curds and simmer till the gravy is aromatic.
Serve hot with parathas.
