please give a correct recipe for gulabjamoon. we make jamoon butit is not soaking in syrup properly thus keeping jamoon hard inside

hi bala,
use instead mix.
1.Make the dough with gentle pressure. Also make balls with gentle pressure(this is very important)
--This point helps u to avoid getting inside hard.
2.Any one(sugar syrup or jamun) should be hot and the other should be warm when u mix them together.Both of them shouldn't be hot or cold.
--This point make ur jamuns get soaked well.
