I have eaten Roti Canai at a few Singapore/Malaysian restaurants in the CA Bay Area (Banana leaf, Straits Cafe etc). I now but the roti canai frozen from Indian/Chinese stores here. But, what I am unable to create is the absolutely mouthwatering Curry Dip/Gravy that is served with the Roti Canai. A cursory search on the internet pulls up nothing! It looks like a tomato based gravy to me. Please post the recipe and put me out of my misery!! Thanks.
