Paalgova

 please guys help me to tell me how to prepare paalgova (sweets)
i done it before but its not taste like original

Khoya is very simple to make. Go on boiling milk on low flame in a thick-bottomed vessel (preferably thick walled too) constantly stirring it, until it is reduced to thick creamy khoya. Add sugar and take out from flame.

Full cream milk must be used. A litre of milk may yield only about 50 grams of khoya.
