Hello Indira,
You have made a serious mistake but let me use my imagination.
Take little starch(abt 2 spoons) add a little water just to make a loose dough.Using small bowl of mixi/portableblender, blend at high speed. You will get sticky gooyi paste.Add this to your Gulab Jamoon mix.Roll the jamoons and fry in Ghee.
In case you dont have starch, use Maida/allpurpose flour.
Cross your fingers and wait for the result .
Hope this works.

hi hemant,
thanks a ton....ur suggestion was really helpful, the jamoons did not break while frying and it turn out good, good enough for us to enjoy it, considering the blunder i made. sorry i could not write immediately due to server problems.
if you get time hemant, i would like to know what else could be done incase a mistake like that occurs....i mean apart from jamoon, can anything else be made with that khoya, paneer and rice flour mixture, the measurements were - khoya 250gms,paneer 50gms, rice flour 100 gms.
im asking this coz i used only half of the mixture i made, the other half is still there, though should try out something else too, as i had already done a mistake.
thank you very much again hemant.

Hello Indira,
Is your mixture in dough form or powder form?
Try adding liberal (2cups) of water to the mixture. Slowly stir the mixture and let Rice flour dissolve/homogenise in water. Since Khoya and Paneer would not mix so fast with water, remove rice flour mixed in the dough by using a tea filter or any small mesh filter.
I do not guarantee 100 percent success but I am sure that your rice flour will not give you much problem thereafter.
Rgds
Hemant
