If you are using thuvaramparuppu then cookeril thanni vittu oru pathirathil our kai pidi thuvaramparuppu andha oru sittigai manjal podi pottu 1&1/2 jalam vittu vega vaikkavum.
Innoru Pathirathil oru glass jalam vittu Puliyai nandraaga karaithu kollavum(kottaiyai neekividavum). PInbu thakkaliyai nandraaaga adhil karaithu vittu,uppu,3/4 spoon rasapodi,perungaayam pottu
aduppil kodhikka vidavum. Nandraaga kodithadhavudan cookeril vega vaitha paruppai nandraaga karandiyaal masithu vittu indha rasathil podavum(cookeril 4-5 sound varaikkum paruppai vega vidanum). Paruppai serthu rendu kodhi vandhadhum
karuveppilai, kothamali pottu irakkanum. Later

Saimurai: Thuvaramparuppai rasathirkku vega viduvahu pol cookeril vega vidavum. Cut the vegetables into preferably small pieces.
Vaanaliyil ennai vittu kaindhadhum, kadugu vedikka vittu ,vendhayam, sivappu milagai, perungaayam pottu oru vadhakku vadhakkiyadhum vettiya vegetablaiyum podavum. Veggie nandraaga vadhangiyadhum adhil 3/4 spoon sambhar podi pottu oru 2 vadhakku vadhakkavum
Oru pathirathil 1 glass jalam vittu andha puliyai karaithu vidavum. Add the vadhakkiya saaman to the this puli water with required salt. Aduppil nandraaga kodhikkavidavum. Later add the thuvaramparuppu. thiruppi sambhar nalla kodhikkanum. IRakkum podhu karuveppilai podanum. If you wish irakkumpodhu oru spoon ghee or butter pottu karaikkalaam-sambhar nalla maNamaa irukkum.

Another suggestion: Instead of lumping all recipes on one such page, you can create separate threads for different classes of dishes, e.g Chetinad thread, thuvayals thread, varities of rice thread, and so on.. We have one full forum :))

Bombay Chutney! - A very simple and easy to make side dish for Chappathi or Poori
Thevaiyanavai :
Kadalai maavu - 1 cup

Sei murai :
Kadalai maavai uppu serthu, nandrAga kattigal illAmal thaNEril karaiththu kollavum. Kadalai mAvu sEkiram ketiyagi vidum enbadhAl niraiya neer vittu karaikka vendum.
Vanaliyil siridhu ennai vittu, ennai nandrAga kaaindha piragu, narukkiya milagAi, vengAyam irandaiyum pottu vadhakkavum. Nandraga vadhangiya udan karaitha kadaimaavai adhil ootri kilari konde irukkavum. kadalai maavin pachai vAsam pOgum varai kilarinAl podhumAnadhu.
vAsathirku koththamalli serthu kollalAm.
Idhaiye veru vidhamAgavum seiyalAm.
Adharku Green chillies - i narukku podAmal adhodu
konjam thEngAi, 4 thundu poondu, konjam inji(ginger)evatrai serthu, nandrAga araithu kolla vendum.
Mudhalil kooriya padi, vengAyamum, kadalai mAvu karaisal kodhiththa piragu, araitha thengai kalavaiyai adhil serthu oru kothiyil irakkinAl suvaiyAna bombay chutney thayar!
